the sales team was engaged and a good group of people. felt like a fraternity.

Cons

The company was disorganized with no formal onboarding plan. They wasted my time in countless interviews and completing test exercises when they didn't even know what they were looking for in the first place.

Other employees are easy to work with. Remote work is flexible

Cons

They simply don’t intend on paying you. They don’t want to fund opportunities for certifications because they know you will use it to apply elsewhere. They want you to be ok with the bare minimum and if you aren’t, they are ok with that too.

Pays Less but Treats You Well

Pros

Company treats you really well, they give out swag pretty regularly, have yearly summer events. They're usually pretty good at promoting from within instead of hiring from outside.

Cons

They pay less than other companies do for the same position, and seem to use treating you well as the excuse. Eventually, I just couldn't afford to work there anymore. Free t shirts don't pay the bills.
