Pros

Good place for people with no skills to survive. 90% of management don't know what they are doing, just a bunch of jokers.

Cons

If you are from a wealthy family in Mississippi/if you have connections to the management/if your family invested in FNC then your future is bright and secured. Just go to drinks and party with the management and you will be promoted as directors. No need to work hard like other employees. Stop promoting people who are kiss-ass to the management and rather recognize talent, employees who criticize some of the bad decisions taken by management are pushed to the corner. The person who was the only ray of hope had retired recently and there is no future for the company and no new ideas. The recent initiatives pushed aggressively by CEO failed miserably and CEO still foolishly tries to show them as successes. Increments and bonuses are only for the friends of the management and not performance based. There is performance review and this is the only company in world that would not tie increments/bonuses to the performance but rather shamelessly says reviews are just for employee development. Management are just blood suckers, they squeeze maximum out of employee and any company wide activity/initiative is just for more money and never for employee benefit. No increments/bonuses for employees in the past 2-3 years. Owners make decent money every year and do not share a single penny with employees, they are just worried about increasing their own wealth.

Pros

-Great place to get your feet wet -Oxford location offers great places to eat -Basketball, pingpong, and other stuff

Cons

-Backstabbing -Hidden agendas -Plagiarism -Politics is a must to get anywhere in this company. -'The means justifies the ends." Management has little to no accountability. If they lie to you, it is considered them just doing what it takes to secure their bonus. -Unlimited and unrestricted benefits, raises, vacations, trips, bonuses, etc for the chosen ones. Rather than list who the chosen are, it would be easier to list the who the chosen aren't. -CEO is really just a salesman, and he is very good at it, but we need someone who manages, and manages justly.

Pros

Truly nice, interesting work force. Educational & cultural values vastly exceed the state average. Company benifits hugely from its location in premier college community. Great place for local talent to gain marketable skills before leaving the nest for real careers in larger metro areas.

Cons

Mgt. is stretched beyond capacity. Good intentions simply aren't enough. Locally, the salaries are quite good. Save that as a way to buy your way out of what's really a very tiny place - both the company and the town it's headquarterd in. If you think college football rips off athletes - or taxpayers, this place really isn't for you.
