Pros

Great location. Most of the people you work with are very nice and friendly. The health benefits package is very good. They are also very flexible with your schedule when you need time off.

Cons

There is much opportunity to grow in to the position that you are in, but as far as advancing out of that role into a new position is rather challenging.

Varied work, good pay start on 33 go to 35500 by end of first year after two raises. Bonus is decent too

Not always challenging work. Ok
