Working for FPI changed my life!

FPI has always had a commitment to two main things. One, doing right for our residents. And two, doing right for our employees. Over the many years in the Real Estate industry and other industries, I have never worked for a company that has valued me as an individual and made me feel as appreciated as I feel with FPI. Benefits are strong and have been able to carry my family through a variety of medical, dental & vision procedures without too much out of pocket expenses. Room for growth is tremendous. I started in outreach marketing (handing out fliers) and worked my way up through the system to be a corporate portfolio manager overseeing multiple multi-million dollar real estate investments.

Cons

There aren't many cons to speak of but I do wish the retirement investment package was stronger. Then again, for most large companies, retirement contributions & packages have been diminishing for the past couple decades.

The support and guidance I have received while being with the FPI Team for nearly 23 years is amazing. A lot of things have changed and grown in the industry, FPI's resources, training, technology and support has always surpassed the trends. they go above and beyond for their employees and residents.
