      Pros

      I have been with FPI for over 15 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. This company has grown tremendously and the room for advancement is unlimited. The President of FPI is an amazing person with a huge HEART. I still learn something new on a daily basis and there is never a boring day. Very blessed to be working for FPI Management

      Pros

      Good people , opportunity to advance, pay is competitive, relatively good work/ family mix . Only worked with this management company for a year and two months though.

      Cons

      Company has to many policies that at times ties your hands from being able to get things done . At times favoritism with employees. Promises made verbally but then not followed thru with . Tend to drag feet to get things done . Not a lot of hands on training
