      Pros

      I've worked here more than ten years. During the recession FPI worked hard and bent over backwards to avoid layoffs. A sense of community and giving back are a high priority here. Feed the Need, Cosmos for the Cure and other charitable organizations and events are participated in on both the corporate and individual employee basis. Employees are friends, not just co-workers. I can take pride in my work and in working for this company. That means a lot to me.

      Cons

      Health Care has a lot of options, but just too expensive.

      Pros

      Hard working site employees; CEO cares about the employees; Lots of knowledge about property management ins and outs; well established company.

      Cons

      Company is top heavy; Congrats are given to VPs/Directors/PMs instead of the site employees who do the bulk of the work; corporate culture gives the false impression that we work as a TEAM; Pay for site employees and "bulk" corporate employees is on the low end of the scale for the type of work completed; employees are given an unrealistic amount of work/tasks to complete over long periods of time; Quantity over quality; PMs have very little to no oversight.
