      Pros

      I have worked with a couple of different companies in the past and none are as caring as FPI. The leaders we have are awesome, great examples. Everyone is very supportive, motivational and understanding. I definitely recommend to friends and family.

      I get to work with the best leaders, so many of our leaders have an amazing tenure with the company, The company's mission statement is something I can stand behind. Great work life balance.
