      Pros

      A very large company that behaves much like a small family owned company. DT, our President is very inspirational, he is easy to talk to, down to earth, and has no problem sharing his values and faith with all of us, despite the political correctness that is expected of a large employer. A third party management that is always looking for improvements to processes to make our team members more efficient/effective. FPI is forward thinking with an amazing growth trajectory.       Having worked for many companies, I now know that the perfect company does not exist. At FPI we don't pretend to be perfect in every way, we continue to learn and grow, every single day.

      No training at all. Misstreated all the time. Never given congrats.

      Pros

      Thankful for a job. I love the residents. Its nice if you have co-workers to help you with filing and other responsibility.

      Cons

      Boss is not a team player and doesnt train at all. She just always wants to be right and never wants to be blamed if something goes wrong. She just throughs you under the bus. Do not work at FPI. Way too many reports from us during the month.
