      Pros

      Great Benefits, hourly and commission was great depending on the property you were at.

      Cons

      Depending on the property management didn't back up leasers and avoided residents. Refused to handle escalated incidents.

      I was employed over twenty years ago with FPI and they have always been a lead by example company. I'm going back to work for them and I am so stoked. The ppl and work ethics are head and shoulders above all other management companies.

      The ONLY thing is my drive is a lil far but worth it
