Where to start? Good pay,good benefits for the past 20+ They have treated me like family. In times of great personal challenges they have had my back. They have promoted me from site Tec to regional director.They gave me the ability to raise my children and support my family in always providing a good salary and benefits

FPI has an amazing family like atmosphere. They care about their employees and actively promote a positive work life balance. They also care about doing the right thing. Dennis Treadaway is a great man and makes a point to learn everybody's name. During a very large quarterly meeting there were 50-60 people in the room and he made sure at the break to walk around to each of us, shake our hands and thank us for what we do. Says a lot about the company. Being a large company, there is a lot of room for advancement

Salaries could be higher, though it's mostly regulated by individual property owners

Willingness to promote from within...many Maintenance Supervisors, Community Directors, PMs and other managers (and Executives) have had the opportunity to grow into new, higher level roles. Competitive pay and good benefits - no cost options for Employee-Only coverage. Growing Wellness program. There is an overall willingness to try to do the right thing...that starts at the top.

None really. Be prepared to work hard and good things will come your way.
