      Easy and very fast promotions.

      Cons

      -Lots of cliques in corporate management. -PM's frequently sabotage employees trying to transfer to a different portfolio, if it's not convenient for them

      Great management company!

      Pros

      Good training program and support. I really loved working for FPI and only left because of a change in management. I learned a lot as they have great leadership. FPI is Fun company to work for but also about their business and definitely makes sure it's a 100% solid. Which is great if you are a strong manager. The guidance, leadership and education has influenced my own endeavours and career and has helped with my success.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any cons. Every job has it challenges but again it's a business and comes with the territory. No complaints!

      Poor employee support and training and benefits are lacking.

      Pros

      The properties FPI Management managed all saw good traffic volumes, the units were well laid out and the ground were typically well looked after.

      Cons

      Management needs to consider the opinions and feedback of their employees especially those in direct contact with residents, prospects and outside vendors. At the time of my employment, there was a shift in and overhaul of management and as a new employee I was not given the support to succeed in my position. The rules continually changed as new managers were transferred to and out of the different properties. The temporary managers were sympathetic but ineffective to bring order to the community. After I resigned my position, three others left as well.
