      Run, do not walk, away from this company. Work ANYWHERE else if you can!

      Pros

      If you have a background in property management, and they've got an opening, it's easy to get hired. There's a reason for that.

      Cons

      Expect to work long hours with not enough lower level support (they slash the overhead of the sites they takeover, so you have fewer people working under you/supporting you than necessary). This is one of the reasons why FPI will say "We're growing so fast!"; they promise their investors that they can do the job cheaper than another company, and they get to that point by removing perks, benefits and support staff. Also, I was not told until my date of hire that employees did not start accruing vacation time until they had been with the company for a minimum of six months. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth from the get go.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, positive working environment, great salary, I have had great support from management and a wonderful experience working here so far.

      Cons

      Working weekends can be hard, but has to be expected in a customer service oriented industry.

      Great benefits and supportive management

      Pros

      Upper management was very supportive and open to new ideas. The company offered great benefits and provided training to all employees.

      Cons

      There is not much career growth in the company and had to work weekends.
