      Lots of communities and it’s difficult to get fired

      Cons

      It’s difficult to get fired. No training. Little to no corporate support. Accounting is a mess. Timelines are rarely met.

      Be ready for a challenge

      It will be challenging and a lot of opportunities for growth in the company if you work hard enough.

      Cons

      Unfortunately if you are maintenance you will have a lot of responsibilities and not too much support especially if you are short staffed.
