      • A large support network from the ground up. • Teams who genuinely care for one another and provide support. • Higher management takes team insights into consideration. • Endless growth and relocation opportunities. • Several supportive Wellness Programs for the employees. • Benefits!

      Cons

      • The pay for some positions may not be as high as we could hope. While a client's budget highly affects the wages being offered, it can leave the pay to be less competitive. Luckily, FPI's culture and supportive team makes it worth the shift in pay.

      Portfolio size, encouraged collaboration, experienced teammates, remote work, empowerment to create and implement strategies.

      Cons

      There can be a little confusion between departments at times due to a few outdated or non existent standard operating procedures. They are currently being revised and created, so that's actually a positive.
