      Pros

      My best experience hearing Dennis Treadaway's encouraging and uplifting messages from time to time.

      Cons

      I love working for FPI, However, we are leaving the human connection and depend more and more on the computer so much. (for meetings and training updates, and so on... No one picks up a phone or calls anyone anymore, and feels disconnected. That is very sad and overwhelming!

      Pros

      Love the 3 weeks of vacation time per year, access to company discounts through the benefit site, employer-paid healthcare for employee only, and that FPI is a nationwide company so lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      I wish healthcare costs to add your family on were lower. Employees healthcare premium is paid for by FPI, though I haven't been able to add my family on yet as the costs are a bit too high for me, even just to add your children on without adding a spouse.

      I've been with FPI management for one year and have experienced great training and growth opportunities. Leadership truly cares about you as an individual and takes into consideration if you have fast moving career goals.

      Cons

      Being on the other side of the country from the home offices has its challenges, but we have great systems for collaboration in place that help ease the physical distance.
