Pros

There aren’t any pros with this uncaring company who treats their employees like animals! Making you work yourself to death in substandard and unsafe conditions is what you can expect!

Cons

Absolutely everything! From the unsafe and unhealthy working conditions to the substandard wages and everything in between! This company only cares about THEIR bottom line and could care less about the people who make money for THEM!!! Stay away from this dungeon and look elsewhere!!

Pros

Don't understand Mr. "Horrible's" review. If it was so terrible, why did he stay more than 10 years? FPM pays you what you are worth, not what you tell them you are worth. Much overtime, Job security, good insurance, always room to advance.

Cons

No sick days. Sometimes overtime can be ecstatic
