      Pros

      This has so far been the best job I’ve worked. Very stable career path and they take care of you! No company in the industry comes close to how Fracht is.

      Cons

      Kind of a pro, but it causes a con. Extremely low turnover rate, some of the employees have been here for 10 years, some 20, which is great, but can prevent vertical growth. They do have annual raises if you do great though so that kind of compensates.

      A company that is great to work for and have an eye on how they can help their organization culture be great while building a great company to work for.

      Cons

      The company is 50 years old and it can take a tire iron to get new things going.

      WFH option 2x a week Events are fun sometimes

      Cons

      Low pay After hours work is expected Lack of work life balanace one you become salary Sometimes seems fake “family” is pushed a lot but I have seen people considered family fired for small things.
