Cons

HR truly looks out for company not employee. No opportunity to any kind of growth for the administrative staff.

Pros

The firm offers opportunities to work on an array of interesting and challenging projects with some very smart individuals. It's a great place to learn and develop your computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), analytical skills and attention to detail.

Cons

The work flow can be inconsistent, and the projects that you get staffed on are largely a function of the relationships that you develop within the firm. You have to be proactive and capable of working independently if you are going to thrive in the environment. There is little to no training, which is an area that could use improvement. As such, the employee learning experience is driven primarily by project load.

Pros

Management is very casual. There is not much "red tape" in regards to PTO and such. Benefits (401k, PTO amounts, health care, etc) are all very generous.

Cons

There is no formal learning or education path.
