Pros

Flexibilty Management tries to stay abreast of concerns and creates initiatives for staff input

Cons

5 years ago, there was a sense of a team and an enjoyable place to work. Salaries were competitive. Those days are long gone. Now it's just a job to endure. FTI kept growing and buying companies at such a high rate, it didn't take the time to value it's current employees. Recent layoffs indicate companies lack of insight ability to manage people effectively. High level of politics and favoritism determines what type of work you get, if any.

FTI Technology - Stay Away

Pros

My advice to anyone considering a job at FTI Technology is simple: look elsewhere. What was once a place filled with talented, collaborative people has steadily become a sinking ship. Many of the professionals who made this organization strong have already left, and their departures are not a coincidence.

Cons

One of the most concerning issues with leadership is the decision to promote a recently appointed director whose leadership approach has had a negative impact on workplace culture. The environment has become increasingly strained, marked by a toxic leadership style that allows rumors, unnecessary drama, and a lack of transparency to persist. Promoting leadership styles that discourage transparency and teamwork has reinforced a culture many employees find unprofessional and demoralizing. Strong leadership should prioritize accountability, fairness, and respectful communication to foster a healthy and productive work environment.
