Pros
Pay is good for the hours you work. Flexible wfh policy though management likes to see you in the office 2-3 days a week If you join as a consultant they will pay for your ACA or CFA qualification, with study leave on top of your annual leave
Cons
The work is boring and repetitive. You only get to really use your brain and solve problems c.10% of the time. The rest of the time is dedicated to data entry, data validation, and translating data tables into word paragraphs There is a VERY troubling lack of diversity. The team, especially management, is almost exclusively white male and middle class. Most elitist workplace I have experienced.
