Pros

There are really nice people here.

Cons

Management frequently makes promises that are not delivered on, and the sign-on bonus often feels more like a tool to lock employees in, as many soon realize the role may not align with expectations. Promotions at FTI are largely influenced by the ‘Calibration Call’ process, which tends to reward favoritism and those who appeal to senior directors and above, rather than true merit and performance. Only a few people feel comfortable speaking up during these calls. Unfortunately, many women of color are leaving in significant numbers. While the company emphasizes work-life balance, the reality is that employees are expected to remain on call at all hours, which creates ongoing stress and burnout.
