      Pros

      Location outside of downtown Washington, D.C., free parking, nice annual corporate events, friendly employees.

      Cons

      Work 24/7, bad managers behaviors are not addressed, just excepted and rationalized as it's just the person being themselves. Bad managers are stripped of supervising employees and promoted at the same time. Horrible department morale. Company is profit focus with little attention to human capital.

      Pros

      Baked goods and pastries on Thursday's and snack closet and free parking.

      Cons

      Management dont speak unless it's out of necessity, managers outwardly display angry body language slamming things. Pompous, arrogant, big bully corporate culture that isn't inclusive since the office is caucasian and asian but not one AFRICAN AMERICAN. I felt the prejudice, 93% non verbal body language daily was negative unengaged and theres sexual harassment.

      Pros

      Competitive pay (took essentially the same pay to leave). Great group at the junior levels. Generous PTO and benefits. Opportunities to advance if you are the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

      Cons

      Good Ol' Boys Club at the upper management level. Management also battles perception problems ("playing favorites", disingenuous presentations at meetings, etc). Projects are typically interesting at a high level and in general terms, but junior staff is left to do the dirty, tedious elements of execution.
