Good culture, smart people, knowledgeable, good opportunities, interesting engagements.
Cons
Very stingy compensation. Typical base increase is 5% to 7% per year (sometimes even in a promotion year). Bonus is paltry for team members below MD/SMD levels (~5% to 10% of base or less). Annual review process doesn't allow for employee input into the rating before the final decisions are made and is often subjective. Heavy grind and expectations/push to maintain utilization above the targets that are set for each level. When working on projects for certain SMDs, expect to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, holidays
