Pros

Have juniors to help with work and have associates (interns) and casuals at cheap rates to put on jobs.

Cons

Juniors need a lot of handholding. MDs and SDs can’t manage. People get promoted even when they can’t win work on their own merit.

Pros

A steady paycheck; no gaps on your resume (unless you quit because you can’t take it anymore)

Cons

Where to start? All be bad reviews on this site are spot on and the norm. It’s a widely known thing that employees are asked to write good reviews of this company. Favoritism, racism, sexism, unprofessionalism, toxic culture are the MO. That is not the worst of it. You are lucky if you don’t get screwed out of your bonus. The way their bonus structure works, certain projects allow you to work 20-30 hours weeks and bill 50 hours hence earn a considerable amount in bonus. Other projects require you to work 60-70 hours and bill 10. Guess who gets picked for what projects and who gets staffed on the latter? (If it’s still not clear, see above). Employee lawsuits are the normal cost of doing business at this company. Save yourself the career suicide and go elsewhere… anywhere but here.
