Pros
Great junior level people to work within the company. All junior level employees are always willing to help, learn more on the go, and contribute to all matters even if they are not fully staffed within the matter.
Cons
No transparency within the company. Senior Level Management does not applaud or encourage junior level staff in leading the company or applaud them with their hard work. Work Life balance is non-existent when you are expected to check your phone 24/7. Work lots of weekends and have high demanding clients with no set client expectations from team. Junior Level employees are expected to take most of the brunt work without any incentives. Pay is 30% less than the average consultant.
