      Poor leadership, disintegrated segments and high turnover rate

      - quite a lot of smart people as your team mates

      Cons

      - Disintegrated segments within the firm, e.g. the corporate finance team have no clue of what the forensic science team are doing - Poor management: Management often time makes promise that they cannot keep, esp. on salary, promotion etc. Fail to retain talented people - High turnover rate: Middle to junior staff don't feel valued, average turnover rate is within one year
