Good team focus, high profile clients and exposure and opportunity to learn from some of the best people in the industry
Cons
Not focused on developing careers for the long-term, for example they won't move you off accounts where staff may have been serving for 5 + years because so focused on team continuity but that can be to the detriment because teams are stale . In some teams compensation is focused on those senior, particularly team heads and sometimes unfairly so when the bulk of work and account retention is being done by those at mid / upper mid-levels. Poor work / life balance, particularly in high profile, high revenue generating teams but most alumni go onto high-profile roles, indicating time at FTI is used as a stepping stone
