      Pros

      Relatively small size allows early engagement with senior management, prevents the risk of falling through the cracks with larger grad employers. Good work atmosphere and social events. Company is growing and looking to move into new markets

      Cons

      Current small size is a limit on variety of projects available. There are signs of this changing with new clients in the pipeline.

      good autonomous environment, lots of small teams, great food and above a gym! great HR team really working hard

      Cons

      lots of disparate units not really joining up and it will be difficult to do that but very much a tribal community
