Pros

Salary and job location was much better than the one I was in when I received the offer. I was allowed to work in the company office that was very quiet during the day. Flexible schedule allowed me to avoid using PTO for many medical appointments. Got promoted after only 8 months with salary increase, bonuses and profitsharing.

Cons

SBIR company has only one year contracts. While I interviewed for several other jobs when my contract was coming to a close, I was turned down for every job I interviewed for. Company requires you to submit your timesheet weekly, not twice a month, and so company feels like a temp firm. Senior managers and higher get to keep their jobs, while junior level people are released when contract ends. No one in the company helped me find another job. Government client gave me very like work to do after finding that I had more than 5 years of experience. Government client wanted only junior level people on the contract.

Pros

Good pay, flex schedule, benefits

Cons

Big company with small practices that leave many stressed without support. Managers appear well supported, which leaves them out of touch with the reality for many employees. This is obvious in the range of these reviews. Lack of process, work flow documentation non existent, no on the job training, or support. Issues with accounting trickle down through the company.

Pros

recruiting, they'll offer you a nice salary.

Cons

One of the worst exp. When I left it wasn't until weeks later that I got a COBRA offer in the mail dated 40 days later, which my guess is they simply sent to comply with laws. For a company that brands on 'values,' it's been a huge contrast in personal experience. We suffered on multiple levels due to the way they conducted their bsness with us. Would highly not recommend.
