      - remote - good benefits - time off

      - communication is wonky between levels in the hierarchy - lack of communication within teams - too many meetings. Not enough time for fluent work

      Our leaders are truly in tune with the company culture, employees, communities we live in, and customers we serve. It is a pleasure to work here and support their vision.

      It is a small company after all so for some who like to do new programs often will run out of where to go faster.

      Strong advocate for the community. Committed to employees and customers. Tries to keep all employees informed. Great benefit program.

      Cons

      Not always easy to "level up" in job position. Not a lot of promoting from within - tends to hire from the outside. Pay for senior employees not current - kept up to date - with standards.
