      - not too small and not too big - truly outstanding culture: relationship focused and performance recognition - teams, supervisors, and a company that absolutely cares about the individual employees AND their families - perhaps the most veteran and military-friendly hiring company in the defense industry - exciting and rewarding job responsibilities - competitive compensation - cons greatly offset by pros

      Pros

      FTI is very employee centric, they value their people and happiness. My overall job satisfaction is great. I enjoy the two or three days I spend in the office per week. I regularly see the branch and division managers and they are always glad to see me and spend a few minutes talking to me when I'm in the home office. The majority of my time is spent at the customer location. I feel that I am fairly compensated that my opinions and time are valued by the company. I am also a member of the National Guard, they have worked around my schedule and not made an issue with any of my training or obligations.

      Cons

      I am fairly new to the company, the only issue I had was out of the company's hands.
