      - Transparent: From ground level, to program manager, to the CEO the company is extremely transparent about the business plan - Communicative: If you need to reach out to the CEO you can! Managers, PMs, Directors are all willing and happy to talk with the boots on the ground folks - Human Focused: You need to take a couple hours off to take care of your sick child? No problem. You do hard work and deserve recognition? You don't even have to ask, they give it. Holiday gifts and random treats? all the time. - Salary: Great

      Pros

      The FTI team really goes out of their way to make you feel at home and help you "fit in". The focus on work-life balance is also very helpful.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to understand certain policies and who to ask for help. I have been able to ask more senior people but I know I take up their time with small items. I believe that some sort of "who is who" would be very helpful if provided in the first days of the new-hire process. Regardless, this is a very small matter and does not affect my opinion about FTI in any way.

      FTI has great people and a diverse ability to meet client requirements.

      Cons

      The contracts primarily are SBIR Phase IIIs based on topics related to software. The software has to stay current and useful and that can be a challenge.
