      Pros

      I work onsite with a defense customer so can't speak to what it's like to work at an actual FTI office or as a remote contributor. That said, the company has competitive benefits, and the enablers (HR, IT) are consistently helpful. I'm glad I joined this team.

      Cons

      There has been churn at the executive level since I joined - but this hasn't seemed to impact those who are directly supporting defense customers.

      Pros

      Cares about our customers mission and the service men & women who have made this country great. Consistently tries to go above and beyond for employees. Recognition is frequent and genuine. Periodic gifts sent to employee's homes are something I've not experienced anywhere else. Pay and benefits are better than most.

      Cons

      Every company has things that can be better. At FTI, the leadership has made a few mistakes, the difference is that they publicly own when they have.
