      Great Onboarding Process

      Pros

      Fair pay with excellent benefits! This company has obviously invested in their people and internal processes. Everything was ready for me on my start date, including an IT person who was assigned to meet with each new hire at the end of their orientation to ensure they we able to access needed systems. The culture of the team members was just as smooth. I was greeted with respect, asked for my input, and assigned real work within the first week. They also sent a box of company logo items that included some cool stuff (won't spoil the surprise here).

      Cons

      Mobile email, calendar, time clock, etc. is not an easy set up. Sounds like IT is working on improving, hope it comes soon as I'm always anxious someone will sneak an early morning meeting on my calendar before I log on.

      Pros

      The company has some very talented hardworking and caring people on its team. They have interesting work and important programs they work on for the DoD.

      Cons

      With the growth the company the CEO has stepped back and brought in new leadership into thr organization that will "help grt them.to the next level". For years prior to my leaving the company culture was the best thing about the organization and thr mentality of "people over profit ". Frankly "the new leadership that has comr into thr company seem to br thr complete opposite and seem.to have no interest in embracing the company's culture. The communication is lacking and incomplete which is making it a very uncomfortable environment to work in. The company WAS one of the best places to work a yest or year and a half ago but they are running some of thr best leaders and workers out of the company. I hated to leave my coworkers but did not feel secure in the organization any longer.
