Pros

FTI honestly cares about its employees, mission, and veterans. This company walks the walk when it comes to values and ethics, which is refreshing. It's a welcoming, inclusive culture. Solid compensation and benefits.

Cons

There are some growing pains but those are to be expected. PTO could be improved = it is a typical accrual system.

FTI offers a family oriented feel with the stability of a large organization. The people that work at FTI are not only talented in their positions but also positive and kind.

High Pay Flexibility Great Benefits Strong Comradery at non-executive levels

Cons

FTI sells it's technology as it's key offering, and hires highly qualified staff to support it. However, their technology has advanced little in twenty years, leaving both customers and new hires shocked and feeling mislead at what their true offerings are, once revealed. While there are some efforts to improve their offerings, the attitude at the highest levels of the company are "if it worked twenty years ago, it should work now." If you aren't in the technology space, you will likely love working here, but do not engage otherwise.
