      Pros

      FTI went above and beyond during the recruiting, and onboarding process. There was consistent and reliable communication through phone calls and e-mails. During the screening process the HR Specialist even took the time to do some coaching and educating as this was the first job I had applied to after retirement. That set a tone that FTI cares about people, whether they employ you or not. This is a tone that has continued after meeting my Supervisor and Team. I am extremely impressed with FTI. They truly care about their People.

      Pros

      Ron's Leadership and passion is unmatched; SBIR Technology, and the solution for our customers is why we have been able have year over year growth. Last but not least, FTI is extremely engaged within the communities that they work.

      This company is very family oriented and cares about its employees, our 4C model is something that each and every employee truly commits to and lives by. I am super excited to be at a company who not only values its customers but employees as well. I work with a really great team and have awesome managers.
