      Pros

      If you have fair amount of work experience in corporate America and then you come and join this company - it is like a breadth of fresh air... They are all about people and their welfare and this policy is completely top down. A very close knit company and they are absolutely professional. Their benefits is in incomparable. As the tag line goes they are a people's company and they care so much of the people. Compensation is fabulous and they will make you feel important

      Since the company is growing - you will have to give the company to establish their processes. Nevertheless that patience leads to a lot of fabulous learning

      Pros

      FTI is a technology centered company with contracts and offerings that facilitate solving data driven requirements. They are becoming heavily involved in the DoD Cyber world with various DCO and Red/Blue Team projects throughout the country. If you are wanting to perform true cyber work (not IA) than you will have plenty of opportunity here at FTI. Salaries are above average for the community and benefits are on par with the community. Great leadership at all levels and a stellar support team. Actively supports education/certification support if you desire to gain an additional certification or attend an advanced school.

      Keep going forward into the cyber realm and continue to provide that work!
