      Pros

      I work within a community of kind and intelligent professionals, disguised as a company, providing enterprise-wide solutions leveraging solutions-based technology. There is no shortage of innovative individuals ready to dive into a discussion and share there experiences to move the project and the mission forward.

      Cons

      Not really and Con, but it is a good to know challenge/ transistion..... The greatest challenge has been my transition from traditional contract support environments...but the world of SBIR contracting support is all about innovation....and I'm loving it!!!
