      Pros

      Working with some of the latest DoD system development, FTI cross cuts across the industry supporting a wide range of technologies and platforms.

      Cons

      The potential for valuable work is hamstrung by a top-heavy company with leadership providing little vision. An out-of-touch CEO advised by a lack of diversity has led to increased turnover due to stagnated processes that date back to the 90's.

      Pros

      I loved every minute working for FTI. As a first time contractor, I felt very welcomed and part of the team from day one. From the CEO in Ohio to my management team in Chesapeake, FTI truly treats their employees like family.
