Pros

People is great ( at least most of them) Good benefits

Cons

Work overload can be overwhelming ( some weeks used to do up to 60 hrs/week) Extra hours are not recognized if you are a full time employee Upper management does not seem to really care about employees ( and people keep leaving) or is not doing much if people are struggling supporting systems are quite basic, making the work mores complicated Company grew too fast, too soon. So there are a lot of gaps, regarding the roles, quantity of employees, etc hence the work overload
