-Has turned really 'clickly' Management doesn't treat everyone on the same level of respect. They pick favorites. -Profit over people. -When an employee leaves, they just take that workload and add it to current workload without considering a replacement. -Claim to promote from within, although a new senior management position was created from someone outside the company, upsetting junior management from a missed opportunity to grow, no job was ever posted internally. -Decisions are made without alot of thought through, therefore leading to poor decisions from management or decisions on the fly. -Miscommunication, Miscommunication, miscommunication!! -CEO has no solid 5 year plan. -Base pay is WAY BELOW standard for the region. -Everyone has a plate that is too full, from the executive, director, manager, and Lead level. -Growing to fast, to quickly, without much of a plan in place. Not prepared for the future.

Terrible pay! No hours! It is super ghetto, there is literally a cop walking around. People smoke weed in the bathroom and sell drugs in the parking lot. The TEAM LEADS smoke weed on their lunch breaks. They come back in higher than a kite and cannot help you at all. They will try to get you to do their work because they are lazy. Most of them are rude and have the vocabulary of a 5th grader. They lie about how much they pay you, it is $15.25, then $17... not $24, even if you have high performance, they will cut the performance pay and expect you to work like a slave. It is hard to breathe in the warehouse, box dust will fill up you lungs n nose, it becomes hard to breathe after an 8 hour shift. The team leads make Mcdonalds employees look like Harvard graduates. 70% of the seasonal go as slow as possible making your job more difficult. If you are good at your job the team leads will try n get you fired because they are afraid of having a real job where they cannot show up everyday high and sleepy. They act like it is "fun" however when you walk in you will notice eveneryone has a rather morose look on their face or looks sad and depressed.
