You HAVE to work in the warehouse sept-oct. They don't let you know this until have you have yoir pisistion and you read it in the handbook, they make it sound casual in yoir interview. These days are 8 to 12 hours, including a lot of weekends. It's grueling in your mind and body I promise you, get a different office job, where it's actually an office job. It is hard to make more money and and very difficult to move up

The pay is a little low for the kind of work done for HR; I understand it's just the market down here, though. Overall, some of the processes were unorganized which caused an unseemly onboarding process for employees, but that was rectified halfway through the busy season; hopefully, it's better for this year's round of assistants, because it really made our jobs harder than they needed to be. It's also kind of unfair how much exploitation HR gets from other department representatives which led to animosity, but that's to be expected when working in the field. All around, the job was good and I left with amazing connections. Even with the grievances, I will always look back fondly on my time with FUN.
