The work itself is interesting and it’s enjoyable to work with the characters you grew up loving as a kid.

Poor management. Undervalued team members. Salary is below market value. No room for advancement.

I love what i do here.

Cons

Horrible pay when i only make 16.00 an hour and Mcdonalds is hiring at 15.00 dollars an hour. Also, All of the bosses are buddy buddy and lots of favoritism at this company. i would not recommend this company to anyone. I also get told all the time to not use my earned PTO and that i need have a bank of PTO and no sick time offered.
