-Great family feel to our clinic. Love my boss and peers including CCS. All supportive. -Higher ups are very approachable. Open door policy. -For the most part, continuity of care. -Most of the PT/PTA’s have their strong therapy expertise and are more than helpful -Free CEUs for Orthopedic, Pelvic Health and Vestibular certifications with an increase in pay once certified

Cons

-Each clinic has a different way of doing things -WebPT and interrupted WiFi can be frustrating -Starting pay can be low but the insurance is paid by Fyzical so really it’s not a con so much -Can get really busy with dovetailed treatments if using modalities so little time for documentation especially if there is a lot of hands-on ( but that’s the norm with healthcare)

supportive co-workers interdisciplinary team work with all types of pediatric conditions work alongside the families to provide care for kids

Cons

not supported by management "fake" appreciation acts (thumbs up, lunch for being the highest productive) feel like they are cutting corners to make themselves a quick buck over worked, under paid
