      There are no pros to this company at this time

      Cons

      Management lacks moral/ethics/ integrity. This company changes policy and procedures at will. Admin staff is not properly trained. Poor, poor, poor communication among staff and separate office. No safety protocols are addressed.

      Mentoring opportunities, free CEUs, general education was a focus so especially positive experience when you are just out of school

      Cons

      Low pay, bonuses are made to be very difficult to attain, super corporate structure
