Pros

Great family company with a strong history. It's good to work for a place that really cares about your well being and doesn't treat you as just another number. They also work very hard to ensure employees are compensated competitively in the market. Overall, I've had a great experience with Fabick and feel very valued as an employee.

Cons

I would say some of the systems are a bit difficult to use. However, everyone is always willing to help you if you have any questions.

Management is only worried about their sales numbers...everything else in the business gets lost in the shuffle

Pay was good for me, they aren't union so you can find better pay and benefits and alot of guys did, excellent vacation, benefits were average, matched 401k

Cons

The only thing management cares about is money. They will take shortcuts for the small-time contractor and will bend over backwards for the big-time contractors. It should be equal across the board and I always asked why we were like this and the answers were always clear as mud. We were a very good staffed place shortly after I started working there and literally management forced guys to seek other employment, plain and simple
