The shop is maintained nicely. The machines are of all types old and new (mostly newer) Lots of knowledge at the eau claire facility. Also a lot of younger shop technicians. Which good.

Cons

There is always a catch. Seems like there is judgment around here and there, However that's everywhere in life and at almost any job.
