Great boss, very family oriented.

Cons

The training processes could have been a lot better. The previous person who held this job was in charge of training me and she didn't seem to have a good grasp of the position. I had to figure out a lot of things on my own.

The co-workers are the best!

Cons

Pay, no growth in the Sales department. The new insurance is crap. Some departments seem to not have enough to do with a plethora of people and other departments struggle to get any help at all.
