Billion dollar a year company. #1 heavy equipment brand in the world, Caterpillar. Plenty of advancement potential. Very competitive pay and top notch benefits.

Cons

Long, hard hours. Must be willing to relocate to advance. Multitasking is a must.

Hardworking, long term members who share a passion for the profession. Selling great equipment, "Cat", and has the longevity to back the presence in the region.

Cons

With the merger a couple years ago, outlook on older members could be better.
