I am a manager and I try to do the best by the company and my employees. However, most of the Managers do not care about the every day workers. All they care about is one another. There is too much family and friends working here. I was hired in as a manager but do not feel appreciated myself.

Been with them almost a year and a half.the new corporate payroll system has messed up people's pay checks. Now they made a mistake on the floating holidays and paid it an advance So if want that one for Thanksgiving we won't get paid for it. so I will take it off without pay,thanks to their screw up.i hope they do lose their contract.
